DEAL CONFIRMED: Eagles Welcomes Another Key Player Who Has Today Signed With The Club On The Opening…

We don’t know if the Eagles will always have Parris Campbell, but they do still have him as of right now.

One day after releasing Campbell, the team re-signed the veteran receiver Wednesday to the practice squad as they made a series of moves, including signing Jack Driscoll to the active roster.

Campbell, signed as a free agent in the offseason, opened the year on the practice squad and, after being elevated three times, he was signed to the active roster on Oct. 12.

In four games, Campbell has six catches for 30 yards. Since he has already been elevated three times from the practice squad, Campbell cannot play for the Eagles again this season without being signed to the active roster.

Driscoll’s signing off the practice squad comes as the Eagles deal with injuries to offensive linemen Jordan Mailata (hamstring) and Mekhi Becton (concussion).

Driscoll, after starting 17 games in four seasons with the Eagles, signed with Miami as a free agent during the offseason.

He was among the Dolphins’ cuts before the start of the year and returned to the Eagles on the practice squad on Sept. 3.

Driscoll was elevated from the practice squad in each of the last two games and he played 12 offensive snaps against the Giants Sunday. He has started games at both guard and tackle during his career.

The Eagles also signed Siaka Ika to the practice squad Wednesday. Ika, a third-round pick by the Browns in 2023, played in four games and logged 100 defensive snaps as a rookie.
