Breaking News: Bengals Fans Want Zac Taylor Fired After Questionable Coaching Decision…..read more

Bengals fans appear to be turning on Zac Taylor after the coach’s latest decision in Saturday’s pivotal AFC game.

With Cincinnati’s playoff hopes on the line, Taylor burned one of of the team’s timeouts ahead of a key fourth-down only to run the ball right up the gut and leave points on the field.

Here’s what fans had to say about the sequence of events on social media:

“Zac Taylor took a time out to pull a FB run on 4th and 1. Fire his [expletive] tomorrow,” a user said.

“‘Okay hear me out, triple crown WR as the deep back in I-form and your RB1 as the FB. Then, behind the worst IOL in football you run a FB dive on 4th & 2. Who’s with me?’ – Zac Taylor.”

“That playcalling sequence was horrible from Zac Taylor – 3rd and 3: run up the middle – 4th and 1: run up the middle … YOU HAVE JOE BURROW AT QB DUDE … WHAT ARE YOU DOING,” a fan asked.

“Zac Taylor should’ve been unemployed 16 weeks ago but my god please let today be the day,” another user replied.

“Zac Taylor would be on the hot seat if his owner wasn’t cheap,” another person pointed out.

“Joe Burrow getting Zac Taylor to a Super is genuinely the most impressive feat in NFL history.”

“There’s no way Zac Taylor just called a timeout for that play,” another fan commented.

“Zac Taylor lined up for 4th down. Looked like a run. Calls timeout. Comes out with a RB dive. Stuffed. Just let Joe burrow call the plays … Air things out,” Jason McIntyre posted.

Clearly things haven’t gone the way Cincy fans would’ve imagined given the numbers their star QB and wide receiver have produced. But a loss in today’s game would end the Bengals season.

Do you think its time for a new voice in Cincinnati’s locker room?
