Jordan Williams, a conditional jockey, had his licence to race horses revoked for six months after failing a drugs test at Kempton on February 7. Williams tested positive for cocaine during a random drugs test.
The 25-year-old tested positive for cocaine on Wednesday, February 7th, during a random drug test at Kempton. The jockey at the time offered a hair sample that demonstrated cocaine consumption at some point between December 2023 and February 2024.
During an interview with the British Horse Racing Authority (BHA), Williams said he “did not remember taking the drug” but had been out “with cocaine users” on December 19-20 and “could’ve taken cocaine” on one of those days.
