The Roosters have signed extensions for two more players for the 2018 NRLW season, Brydie Parker and Mia Wood.

Winger Parker, 24, has been with the Roosters since the competition’s start in 2018 and has extended his contract for another two years until the end of 2025.

Wood, meanwhile, has signed a one-year contract extension for 2024 after making five appearances in her debut season last year, during which she was named NRLW Rookie of the Year.

It comes after Roosters vice-captain Corban Baxter agreed to a new three-year contract extension that will keep her at the club until the end of the 2026 NRLW season.

Baxter, who has played for New South Wales, Australia, and the Mori All Stars, returned to the NRL Telstra Women’s Premiership last season after the birth of her youngest son, appearing in all 10 games and scoring seven tries.

“I’m excited to continue my adventure with my Chookies family.” “The Roosters club means so much to me, and I’m so proud to be a part of the team we have here for the next three years,” Baxter said on the club’s website.

It comes after the Roosters extended another backline prospect Jayme Fressard’s contract till the end of 2025 and signed rising gun Tyra Ekepati to a deal that will see her play on a development contract in 2024 before moving to the senior squad the following year.

The Tricolours have also signed Tiana Davison and Jasmin Strange from the Knights, as well as Tavarna Papalii, Aliyah Nasio, and Imogen Hei from the Knights.
