The Eels have been blown away by the enthusiastic response to the Parra Eels Play project, which began with a summertime camp and series of clinics.
The initiative, which aims to inspire children to play actively every day, was a huge success, selling out tickets for all four of the events that took place over the course of three days in January.
The events received unseen levels of support and excitement from participants and the larger community, thanks to efforts from Eels players, Motiv8sports, and NRL Game Development Officers.
The Club is pleased to highlight the success and beneficial effects of the Parra Eels Play program, which aims to inspire a passion of physical exercise in young people residing in the area.
Additional Parra Eels Play programs are being developed; specifics will be announced soon.
