Connor Roberts will travel with the Leeds United team for the FA Cup match against Plymouth Argyle at Home Park, according to Daniel Farke.

Wales star Connor Roberts reveals how he feared for his life after battling deadly pneumonia ahead of World Cup | The Sun

Because he was not listed in Farke’s squad for the first leg at Elland Road, when Leeds and the Pilgrims drew 1-1, the Burnley loanee will not be able to make his debut on Tuesday, February 6th, during the rematch.

But while the Welshman won’t feature in the playing squad at Home Park, he will make the trip to the southwest with the rest of the team as Farke hopes to integrate him quickly into his changing room.

According to a Monday, January 5, remark from The Yorkshire Post, he stated: “He needs a bit of time to adapt, to impress in training.” We’ll bring him to Plymouth with us so he can familiarize himself with our procedures and spend time with the boys to help him adjust to the camaraderie and teamwork.

He’s still in a decent age range. He is still traveling uphill rather than downhill. We sensed that he is eager to fit in with this group despite the fact that he is unlikely to show up the next day and assume the captain’s armband, win all of the penalties and free kicks, and be the focal point.

Roberts is primed to contribute at Leeds United
Since joining Leeds United, Farke has won numerous accolades for his man management, and this instance is just one more proof of the way the German is able to incorporate fresh talent into his team.

Many managers wouldn’t bother taking a player to an FA Cup away day that they weren’t able to play in, but the German views this as the perfect opportunity to bed the Welshman into the changing room.
