With Bayleys’ entry, the team will have them as its official real estate partner for the next 2024 and 2025 seasons.

The Go Media Stadium Mt Smart East Stand will now be known as the Bayleys Club Lounge as a result of the relationship. With catering available, this will enable over 600 people to enjoy a lively gameday atmosphere.

Glenn Critchley, general manager of commercial and consumer business at One New Zealand Warriors, said, “Having Bayleys as a partner for the first time is hugely exciting for the club.”

“Bayleys is a family-run company with unmatched reach throughout the entirety of New Zealand, prioritizing human connection. We really fit with it.

Lloyd Budd, the chief executive officer of Bayleys Real Estate Auckland, discussed the connection between the two companies and expressed his immense happiness at partnering with the Warriors.

“Loyal clients are at the core of this. We recognize that people, relationships, and community are fundamental to having a respected and market-leading real estate business,” he stated.

“One New Zealand Warriors places a strong emphasis on loyalty. By partnering with a sports team that shares our commitment to family ownership and values, high performance, and training, learning, and mentorship, Bayleys can expect a mutually beneficial and successful partnership.”
