A pair of former Tennessee Titans staffers have new jobs. John Streicher will join the Los Angeles Rams as coordinator of football strategy. Frank Piraino will be the New York Giants’ new director of strength and conditioning.
It has been reported that former director of sports performance Frank Piraino and director of football administration John Streicher of the Tennessee Titans have found new football homes.

ESPN reports that Piraino will join the New York Giants alongside former offensive coordinator Tim Kelly and defensive coordinator Shane Bowen from Tennessee.

Piraino will be the director of strength and conditioning for the Giants. Bowen will serve as the defensive coordinator and Kelly will coach tight ends.

The Titans recruited Piraino in 2019 to serve as their strength and conditioning coach. In 2022, he received a promotion to director of sports performance.
What to know about John Streicher, Tennessee Titans acting head coach
Paul Kuharsky reports that Streicher is on his way to California to take up a new role as football strategy coordinator for the Los Angeles Rams.

After two years as the head coach’s assistant, Streicher was promoted to coordinator of football development and worked there for three seasons. He was appointed director of football administration in 2023.

Less than 24 hours had passed since the Titans officially announced the hiring of 10 new coaches to replace Brian Callahan.
