Before the Los Angeles Clippers and Golden State Warriors game on Wednesday, there was an unfavorable atmosphere across the team. But the Clippers made a significant statement and swiftly turned things around after defeating the Warriors 130-125 on the road in an incredible comeback game. The Clippers had to overcome a lot to emerge victorious from the competition. Lue, who was upset over several rulings that went against his team, had to watch them be ejected, and to cap it all, Paul George fouled out and had to sit the remaining minutes of the game.
Tyronn Lue is really happy of his team’s performance because it demonstrated the Clippers’ heart to pull off this victory. Following their victory over the Warriors, Lue entered the Chase Center tunnel and slapped a high five on each player making their way to the locker room.

The Clippers will undoubtedly celebrate this win more than they would have any other regular-season triumph, especially since it means they will be riding high going into All-Star weekend rather than rolling over from their disappointing loss to the Minnesota Timberwolves to open the week. Even though they trailed for the majority of the game, they managed to string together a few three-pointers when it counted most, with Paul George’s foul trouble and Norman Powell’s deadly wing combination for the squad in place of Kawhi Leonard.
With this victory, the Clippers are now able to stay up with the Western Conference’s top teams in the race for the one-seed; Tyronn Lue and his team may find that having home court advantage proves to be crucial, especially considering how narrow the margins are in the West.
