The running game and physicality have always been priorities for the Baltimore Ravens, despite their departure from both strategies in the AFC Championship game vs the Kansas City Chiefs. They will be seeking to upgrade at the position this offseason, and according to former Ravens quarterback Robert Griffin III, they ought to target Derrick Henry.

Griffin wrote on X, saying, “He can only go one place.” Derrick Henry already plays like a Baltimore Raven, so he ought to be one.

Since the start of the 2023 season, Henry has been connected to the Ravens, and they have been mentioned as favorites to sign the talented running back once his Tennessee Titans contract expired.

According to Griffin, “Derrick Henry has a clear passion to overcome the hump and play for a championship. He plays with physicality and is relentless in his preparation.”

Henry would have another chance to win the Super Bowl if he joined the Ravens.

Derrick Henry Still Has a Lot of Energy Left
At thirty years old, running backs often start to slow down, but Henry has only slightly indicated that he may be slowing down.

Since joining the league in 2016, the former Titan has established himself as one of the most formidable backs. Despite another league-high 280 attempts, he finished the season with 1,167 running yards and 12 rushing touchdowns, continuing his bell cow pedigree.
