Because he is the quarterback for the Dallas Cowboys, Dak Prescott is subjected to more criticism than most quarterbacks, whether it is warranted or not.Prescott gets credit when Dallas wins on the field. They fall short, and he gets used as a punching bag. That’s the price you pay for being an America’s Team signal caller. Moreover, Dallas’ recent postseason struggles under Prescott’s leadership have contributed to this.

Dallas is just 1-3 in the playoffs over the last three seasons. It recently suffered a humbling 48–32 NFC Wild Card Playoff loss to the Green Bay Packers. Prescott threw two interceptions in that contest.

Prescott is still in the headlines, perhaps in line for a record-breaking contract extension this offseason. Not everything has been favorable.

Reddick said these things at a recent ESPN Get Up performance. He also elaborated on them.

“They are afraid of Josh Allen.” They’re afraid of Lamar Jackson. They are afraid of Joe [Burrow],” the ESPN star remarked.

Hot takes from the media are usually best regarded with a grain of salt. That is, until it becomes apparent to us how much front office experience Reddick has in the NFL.

Before taking over as head of player personnel from 2005 to 2007, he worked as a professional scout in Washington from 2001 to 2004. Reddick subsequently played for the Philadelphia Eagles for six seasons, rising to the position of head of personnel from 2010 to 2013. Also, he has recently been considered for several general manager positions in the NFL.

Riddick went on, “They fear Joe because of his mentality because they believe he can handle Patrick [Mahomes] on an equal footing.” “They fear Josh because they believe he’s just a freak against whom it’s difficult to mount a strong defense.”

Once more, this is just the way things work when you’re a quarterback in Dallas. Since January of 1996, these Cowboys have never advanced to the NFC Championship Game.
