Milwaukee Bucks news: Giannis Antetokounmpo was able to play against the Golden State Warriors on Wednesday after being forced to miss the team’s Monday game against the Los Angeles Clippers due to an Achilles injury. Despite having a dubious tag when he started the game, the two-time NBA MVP was eventually able to play through the ailment.

The Bucks will play LeBron James and the Los Angeles Lakers on Friday when they return to action, and the franchise has officially disclosed Antetokounmpo’s status for that eagerly awaited matchup.

The good news for Milwaukee fans is that according to the official injury report, Giannis is considered probable to play. It’s still the tendinitis in his left Achilles that is bothering the eight-time All-Star, but he seemed fine on Wednesday against the Warriors.

Giannis Antetokounmpo, a star player for the Milwaukee Bucks, has expressed publicly how Damian Lillard has improved him as a player. The two-time MVP claims that he is now at a point where giving up the spotlight to his amazing teammate is perfectly acceptable.

Naturally, the requirement is that this will only be effective if the Bucks keep winning.

In his opinion, Giannis is now “over myself” at this stage of his career. In other words, he is no longer burdened by the constant need to deliver a flawless performance every single night. The former two-time MVP has been able to concentrate on the more significant things as a result:

According to Jim Owczarski of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, he stated, “I think this is the most mature I’ve ever been.” I’m kind of over myself. I can now execute and get to my place more effectively. And it’s okay with me if the ball misses.

It’s known as abundance mentality, I believe. Knowing what I’ve accomplished in the past gives me confidence, allowing me to act without hesitation and without self-doubt or believing I’m not good enough. It’s like being at ease with me. That therefore enables me to play basketball well. I am in a pretty good position mentally.
