Giannis Antetokounmpo and Damian Lillard discussed the Milwaukee Bucks’ setback to the New Orleans Pelicans, their second consecutive loss, with NBA media.

In the end, the Pelicans defeated the Bucks 107-100. Milwaukee lost possession of the ball 14 times.

According to Antetokounmpo, “We just gotta do a better job taking care of the ball,” The Athletic said. “It seems like we’re not playing at a fast enough pace at times. I believe that the more quickly we play, the more advantages we may provide each other. The more we play five on five against teams with lots of length and guys with good foot movement, the less we play with pace.

“I believe that the more quickly we play, the more the ball is moved around, the more people touch it, shoot it, and act aggressively, the less I believe we turn the ball over because you just play.” You simply play at random. It’s merely a game of instincts. We simply need to start acting that way toward ourselves.

There are nine games left in the regular season for the Bucks. With a 46-27 record, they hold the second position in the Eastern Conference rankings.

Milwaukee ranks seventh in net rating, 22nd in points per game allowed, and fourth in points per game overall in the NBA.

Lillard stated, “I just thought they were the more aggressive team and they played more physically.” “And I believe that the whistle typically rewards the team that plays with greater aggression. That team is advantaged in the game, and I assumed that was their strategy. .. They were successful in obtaining balls. They gained additional opportunities and chased down offensive rebounds. They simply had superior play. We were outmanoeuvred.
