Crocked Luis Palma is reportedly making a comeback ahead of schedule for Celtic following his injury, and he may be included in the lineup for the team’s big matchup against Rangers. The winger hasn’t played for Brendan Rodgers’ team since the 7-1 loss in February due to a muscle injury he sustained in training. He also missed his nation’s vital Copa America playoff match against Costa Rica due to the injury, with Celtic winning a fight with the Honduran FA about the injury

report that Brendan Rodgers is in line for a derby boost and will be involved in training this week ahead of the Scottish Premiership leaders trip across Glasgow to face Philippe Clement’s side. It is claimed that If Palma comes through those sessions with no reaction “he will almost certainly go into Rodgers’ squad” to face Rangers.

However, Chris Sutton has warned Rodgers’ that he should only bring the skipper in if he is fully fit. He told Sky Sports: “Brendan Rodgers will have a decision to make and Celtic are a better team with McGregor in it. But if he’s not fit, or even half-fit, then he can’t play.”
