In his most recent 2024 NFL Mock Draft, CBS draft expert Chris Trapasso projects that Ohio State wide receiver Marvin Harrison Jr., who would be reunited with Paris Johnson Jr., will be taken by the Arizona Cardinals with the No. 4 overall pick.

In his most recent 2024 NFL Mock Draft, CBS draft expert Chris Trapasso projects that the Arizona Cardinals will select Ohio State wide receiver Marvin Harrison Jr. with the fourth overall pick. Harrison would now be reunited with offensive tackle Paris Johnson Jr., a former teammate from OSU who the Cardinals selected with the sixth overall pick in the previous draft.

Here is what Trapasso wrote about Harrison:

“The Cardinals are absolutely thrilled to land Harrison Jr. to give the receiver group a jolt for Kyler Murray.”

Trapasso predicts that the first three players off the board will be quarterbacks. He has the Chicago Bears taking Caleb Williams from USC No. 1 overall (and trading Justin Fields, more on that later), the Washington Commanders taking Drake Maye from North Carolina and the New England Patriots taking Heisman Trophy winner Jayden Daniels from LSU.

If the Bears do in fact trade Fields, it is reasonable to assume they will require a first-round pick in return. However, Trapasso does not agree with that assessment. Here is what he believes the details of the trade would look like:

That seems light from the Bears’ perspective, but who knows. And it of course is no sure thing that the Bears will trade Fields. Williams is a bit polarizing and it will be interesting to see his measurements at the combine. Is he really 6-foot-1? Or is he no taller than 6-foot-even? It is a game of inches and that kind of stuff matters to NFL teams.
