Toledo, Ohio Victor Singleton, a 2026 cornerback for Central Catholic, was among the best performers of the year on Sunday at the Under Armour Camp Series in Canton, Ohio. At the end of the camp, he was recognized as the defensive back MVP for his efforts.

Growing up as an Ohio State fan, the 6-foot-0, 160-pound Singleton talked about the Buckeyes with Bucknuts following the camp, going to one of the Ohio State camps this summer, and a lot more.

Bucknuts.com’s Steve Helwagen joined Ohio State Buckeyes Live on Wednesday morning once again. Steve joined host Mark Rogers and fellow panelist Tony Gerdeman of Buckeye Huddle for a one hour discussion on Ohio State football.

They discussed OSU’s six spring semester entries into the transfer portal. Using the transfer site, they examined OSU’s positions of need as the program moves closer to the 2024 campaign. They also took a look back at the four OSU players that were taken in the NFL Draft and the undrafted free agents.

The fact that none of OSU’s scholarship quarterbacks have, as of yet, accessed the portal also astounded them.
