Las Palmas president Miguel Ángel Ramírez Alonso revealed he turned down a €20m bid made by Forest for the 26-year-old.
Valles’ deal expires in 2025 and the president’s aim is to try to get the best deal possible for him in the next window after he refused to sign an extension.
