Dexter Lawrence had another dominant season for the Giants defense, earning him a spot in his second consecutive Pro Bowl and NFLPA All-Pro Team selection.

The media is already recognizing the excellent defensive lineman for his strong campaign.

Lawrence was named to Pro Football Focus’ 2023 All-Pro Team, joining Aaron Donald of the Los Angeles Rams as the two interior defensive lineman awarded First-Team All-Pro by the analytics site.

The fifth-year lineman has 65 total pressures this season, breaking his previous career high of 63 set last year. He did so despite missing a game and playing only a few snaps in the final five games.

He concluded the season with 53 total tackles (32 solo), 4.5 sacks, 21 quarterback hits, seven tackles for loss, and two passes defensed.

“He’s a fantastic football player.” “He’s dominant in the interior of the defense,” coach Brian Daboll said before the season finale in his weekly sit-down with Giants.com. “I’d say a number of things distinguish him. He has exceptional size, length, athletic ability, quickness, power, and explosiveness. That’s why he’s getting noticed: he’s a great football player, but he’s an even greater guy.”
