The 28-year-old may return to training with the Nerazzurri tomorrow, according to Italian news source Gazzetta.it.

Sensi’s wearing the Leicester shirt has seemed all but inevitable in recent days.

For the most of January, the Foxes and Inter have been negotiating the former Sassuolo midfielder’s deal.

And from all indications, the details of a transaction have been agreed upon by the two teams.

Sensi would sign a €500,000 first-paid loan agreement to join Leicester. The 28-year-old would then sign a permanent contract with the Foxes for €2 million at the completion of the current campaign.

Sensi traveled with Inter to Tuscany on Sunday to play Fiorentina.

This was partially due to the fact that, even if it was only to “make up the numbers,” it was crucial to have another midfielder on the squad in order to balance out the middle.

However, it was expected that Sensi would shortly be finishing her move to Fiorentina.

But now things don’t appear to be as clear-cut.

There are not many days remaining in the January transfer window, so act quickly. Furthermore, Sensi’s move to Leicester has not yet been approved.

The Gazzetta claims that Leicester has not yet returned all of the signed paperwork pertaining to the Italian international’s move to Inter.
