When it comes to who will win the 3-point shootout at NBA All-Star Weekend between Stephen Curry of the Golden State Warriors and Sabrina Ionescu of the New York Liberty, Kevin Durant can’t seem to decide.

“Steph, I’m going. I’m sorry, Sabrina, but you can’t shoot against the best,” Durant stated, as cited by Leigh Ellis. The Warriors star, though, didn’t think Durant would pick him.

“Knowing him, I’m sure he picked her, he’s an instigator,” Curry declared. However, the two-time NBA three-point contest champion was incorrect in a number of ways.

After hearing Curry’s remarks, Durant decided against picking his old Warriors buddy to defeat Ionescu.

“Stephen, I’m shocked that you would refer to me as an instigator. “I’m taking Sabrina,” Durant mockingly said in reference to X.

But as of right now, Durant has switched back to Curry, according to the Warriors on NBCS.

Durant said, “I’m heading Steph.” I said Steph initially, but after Steph labeled me an instigator and kind of degraded me, I said Sabrina. But let me return to Steph. I prefer to switch, as you know.”

On Saturday, Durant and his Suns came within 3.3 seconds of breaking the Warriors’ winning run, leading 112-110. Sadly for them, Curry had other ideas. The Warriors star gave them a lead with a heartbreaking 3-pointer.
