The Milwaukee Bucks, who acquired Damian Lillard in the offseason, haven’t exactly performed like the world-champion squad everyone anticipated. And the mood surrounding the Bucks has only gotten worse over the last several days. Giannis Antetokounmpo and company have recently suffered a number of unjustifiable losses, the most recent of which was a 111-101 loss to the Memphis Grizzlies, a team beset by injuries.

This setback follows an ugly loss to the Washington Wizards, and the Bucks, who were mostly predicted to contend for NBA dominance, are just getting struck harder and harder. Worse, it looks like Antetokounmpo has a hamstring injury. With the playoffs quickly approaching, this is not the ideal time for a team’s top player to sustain a knock that might worsen with further use.

In fact, Bucks head coach Doc Rivers stated that Giannis Antetokounmpo didn’t look good at all and that he should have taken the initiative to bring him out of the game after their defeat to the Grizzlies.

“I desired to remove him from the contest. I believed he was operating on fumes. A coach must occasionally exercise discretion, although medical professionals determine the majority of these decisions. They said that he was OK, but I saw. Rivers remarked, “I just didn’t like the way he was moving.”

Unfortunately, Doc Rivers stated that Giannis Antetokounmpo desired to play despite his injuries. However, might this ultimately cost the Bucks?
