Patrick Beverley’s assertive and combative demeanor has undoubtedly made him no stranger to controversy. But the guard has now spoken up about the recent problems bothering him following two instances during the Milwaukee Bucks’ Game 6 loss to the Indiana Pacers.

Due to their experience and the fact that they have two true superstars in Giannis Antetokounmpo and Damian Lillard, many people predicted the Bucks to win their opening round series against Tyrese Haliburton and the Pacers. But before the two teams could play, the former had a calf issue, which put Milwaukee at a disadvantage from the outset.

The Bucks’ situation would worsen when Damian Lillard was sidelined for Games 3, 4, and 5. Thus, in order to keep their squad alive against Indiana, Khris Middleton, Bobby Portis, Brook Lopez, and Beverley handled the load. However, even with Lillard’s comeback in Game 6, it was insufficient to keep them from losing.

The Bucks’ situation would worsen when Damian Lillard was sidelined for Games 3, 4, and 5.
